The Mindset game.

We all have a “mindset”.

It’s not something you choose, it’s something you have.

It is there, and it influences you,  whether you want it or not.

If we don’t train a mentality that sues us, we will have one that subtracts us.

If you are an athlete, you don’t only need a healthy mindset, you must have also a winning mindset.

Stop thinking that with more training, with better opportunities, with a better coach, or with better competitions, you will (finally) be a successful athlete.

Science have proof that athletes that don’t train their minds, end up suffering or giving up their careers.

Knowing this…  there are two ways to act:

– Be naïve and think that this doesn’t concern you because you can manage it, because “your strong” or because “you will learn it yourself by experience”.

–  Be aware of the reality and learn how to improve and optimize your mindset.

I recommend you the second one. If you choose the first one you will arrive sooner or later to the second one; but without being prepared.

That is exactly what we do here, help athletes not only work in their tactics and optimize their sport techniques, but help them train their minds so that they multiply their possibilities of becoming their best version and competing at their best self.

Be the one who is aware enough to take action and make the first step towards success.

I hadn’t realized what a big difference it is, having a mental coach versus not having one, until I started working with Patricia. I have improved my game, I have improved my coping skills and all of this has allowed me to move up to the major leagues.
